Full time Roman Catholics are attached to the prisons and places of detention in Dublin, and also Limerick, Portlaois, Cork, Midlands and Castlerea. There are part-time RC Chaplains in Loughan House.
Chaplains of other denominations come into the prison on a part-time basis and on a visiting basis.
