About Us

Prisoners' Families Infoline was started by some people who had experience in working with prisoners and their families.

It was set up as a limited company in 2005; the telephone helpline is in operation since February 2007.

The company has charitable status (Charity Number: CHY 16721)

The Helpline operates 3 hours each day, from 11am-2pm Monday to Friday.

Prisoners' Families Infoline is a member of the Telephone Helplines Association.
